Wanting Skin Builder 9 - But are there any MR alternatives?

My favourite item in my G8 library was Skin Builder 8. 

The best thing about SB8 was the fact that skins could be a blank canvas. You could either add details, or just have a basic texture (which could be any colour you wanted it to be). Which is what I'm after. 

Does anyone know of (or can recommend) a Merchant Resource which can be that "blank canvas". 

I REALLY hope Zev0 does release a Skin Builder 9 in the future, because it would be a insta-buy.

 

(If I'm not being clear, I'll be more than happy to try and elaborate a little better).

Just to be clear, do they have to be merchant resources? Are you making characters you intend to sell, or are these only for your personal use?
