I took a screen shot of my tokens on 05-20-2024. It said I 3 tokens that had to be used within 3 days and 20 hrs. Today, 2 days later I have zero tokens. Is this normal?? This is the second time this has happened.
How long do your tokens last???

They last for four days after purchase, ending at 23:59 MDT - so just on 1AM Daz time currently.
If one buys something between midnight and 6PM Daztime, the tokens are valid for the following 4 days
If one makes the purchase between 6PM and midnigt Daztime, the tokens are valid for the following 5 days
One can loose ones tokens, if one clears a cart that is using tokens to buy some freebies, so before clearing the cart, always remember to "Remove Tokens" first.
There has been problems with the tokens when one has taken advantage of gift card discounts, at least as far as the number of earned tokens has been shown in the cart
The token counter is one hour behind (here on this side of the pond) and has been since US moved to DST
There has been cases where the counter is one day off (early as far as I remember) if one lives on a timezone west of Daz.
...or they could have accidentally applied to the Daz+ freebie.

Today (05-22-2024) is only the second day of 3 and that's not even counting the 20hrs which is almost 4 days. Some of you may be thinking that the time zones could be the difference, but I am just 1 time zone from DAZ.
Richard I am aware that they last 4 days. However all of them are gone. Don't get me wrong, the tokens should have and did expire in the 4 days. But the countdown timer is off by at least a day which means that when I was here yesterday I thought my tokens are good for at least 2 days, I'll see what comes out tomorrow and place my order then. But all tokens are gone and DAZ lost a sale. Now that I have no tokens to get a better price it could be awhile before I purchase an item that is not PC+. Mainly because it will need to be an item that I really like before I'll buy at only 30% off.
But PLEASE Richard, tell me what that date it gave me, (the 3, almost 4 days) means. The date of almost 4 days implies that at least one of the tokens will last "03 days | 20 hours | 31 minutes | 32 seconds" yet in only 2 days all tokens have expired. Not 1 of the tokens were good for "03 days | 20 hours | 31 minutes | 32 seconds"
So what does that date mean??
PerttiA and protosynthetic, thanks for your input but, it was not a mistake in the cart since I have not tried to go through the checkout since I took the screenshot.
It happens to lots of people, I've lost tokens in the past like this. Its one of the reason I ignore these sort of sales and why my spending here has dropped to pretty much 0.
I have also noticed tokens going before they should, though usually with me it is I am coming on 2am (changeover time for me where I am now) and my tokens say I have over an hour left and it is 1:58 2:00 rolls around and bam no tokens I think their timer needs a good whacking.
If one lives east of Daz, the timer is off by one hour (late)
