Daz Not Loading

Hi, my name is Jaqueline. I have been using Daz3d for a couple of months now and I have the 4.22 pro version. However, last week it stopped working and now it just gives me a blank screen. I don't know what to do. I usually use the free 3D content because I don't really pay for my 3D models. I've already submitted a ticket but no one has answered, and I'm in online school and need to do a project that requires me to use Daz for my animation class. If someone can help me, please do. I am also using a Windows computer, which is a loaner from my school.

You can try Windows > Workspace > Select Layout (any) and see it that brings a layout back.
