I have a question. It's not about anything technical, and I'm not sure if customer service can help.

Is there a general contact/email address so I could get into contact with someone who could help?

    Options are to either put in a Ticket, possibly towards Customer Support, and they can either help you or redirect the ticket to the dept. that could help.

    OR, you can pose your question possibly in the Commons, lots of experienced help might be available. [there are a few tornados wreaking havoc with power lines] It helps to put relevant info in the title.

    eta: the short answer, no.
