Any apartment environment with 3 or 4 bedrooms/rooms in store? All of the stuff I found was either 1 bedroom or a maximum of 2 rooms.

You might struggle with "out of the box" apartments of that size - probably because I imagine that would be rare in real life also. If you are open to houses (multiple floors) then there are a few out there. I think there was a thread on a similar topic somewhere recently(ish).
If you do need a 3/4 bedroon apartment you may have to try kitbashing something - or faking it if you don't need to show the floorplan/connections in your project.
(I don't have it but) This one has three bedrooms, the first picture shows the layout:

Was about to suggest this as well. I have it, and it's been good to work with, lots of lovely little details, feels like somewhere people actually live. I'll emphasize that it's European style, and the wall outlets and such reflect that, so you'll need to kitbash in from another source if you're using it for an American setting.
3 bedroom apartment/house okay too. It's pretty common in south Asia. My parents didn't have a home, so we (me, parents, and my two siblings) hopped around every 1-2 years to 3-4 bedroom apartments and houses.
This is pretty good, but looking for something more contemporary.
Contemporary or does it matter what genre?
General feel like the attachments, modern, simple.
um, youre not moving in.
it doesnt really matter if it has 1 bedroom or 4, you can just replicate the bedroom and adjust furniture etc.
The thing that's so great about the European Style Apartment set is that no matter which way you point the camera, it renders beautifully -- and realistically. I've seen very few sets that look so real in renders.
I want the rooms to have a coherent flow.
Like even in cartoons, houses have clearly defined structures. Like bit of a room can be seen from another room or kitchen etc and the like. It adds to the sense it's a physical space.
Another option you may have to look at is creating your own apartment to your needs. There are the packages from Collective3d and a new series from Latinos that started with furniture but has just released walls and stairs are coming. With the older C3d products, Iray shaders are your friends. Add your own furniture from your runtime that could reflect the natural collection of items over a period of time and possibly inheritance from family. Saving the results would make this a unique background for your characters no one else would have.

Latinos has a thread in the Commercial forum so you can see what is coming.
But I have to endorse the European Style Apartment. It is set-up to be re-arranged and put together as you need. Again, shaders and furniture can update it, just as if you moved into an older apartment and have a modern aesthtic and updated it with paint and new furniture/drapes.
Building your own layout with a modular set could indeed be a good option. There are many furniture packs that you could use to fill the appartment in the modern style you're looking for.
A few more ideas of appartments or houses with at least 3 bedrooms:
