Is there anyway to make a Persian for DAZ Studio? I borrowed this picture from an image web search.

Simultaneously cruel, amusing and, unfortunately, accurate.
You could have a go with LAMH - https://www.daz3d.com/look-at-my-hair - and a mix of cat morphs but this is going to be inherently difficult. LAMH is great but it's not a spring chicken anymore, uses 3DL materials and has compatibility issues with other variants you may have installed like Catalyzer.
Given that there are some fantastic animal creators in the Daz store I suspect if they thought a Persian would be worth their while creating they would already have done so. You can Google 'persian cat 3d model' and have a look at what's available in the generic 3D stores, and there are some nice ones, but have a car jack handy to put your jaw back when you see the prices. People complain about Daz prices but they have no idea...!
Maybe with the new Omni shaders PAs won't be worried about the impact all that hair would have on our systems?
Cat Zeus had a Siberian version, which is close to your Persian. If you bought it when it was in the DAZ store, you might be able to modify it. It had dForce hair and might use the Omni shaders?
