This is a REALLY noob question but I have a complete block and cannot seem to for the life of me find how to Zero a Genesis 3 face?? (Plenty of Zeroing to T-Pose but no Face only??)
Select the head in the scene with the universal manipulator widget. In the top left of the widget controls that are displayed in the viewport there is a tiny human figure - click that. A dropdown menu is displayed with 'Restore figure pose' second down - choose that. Usually works for me, though once or twice it has failed with particularly stubborn expressions.
Thanks for reply andya, I have tried that, randomly ANY of the restore pose options whether the head is selected or not simply zero the figures position to 0,0,0 without actually resetting anything other than the scene position!!
Some poses/expressions are "morph" poses, so with the figure selected over on the Parameters Tab, I think it's called "Clear Animation" or shape or something ... depends which one it is.

Hmm, sorry. And you've probably realized, and I should have mentioned, that Restore Figure Pose will zero the whole figure, which usually but not universally zeroes the face. Anyway I have learnt from the above that right-clickng the Parameters tab gives you a Zero menu option that has various sub-options below it that might work when others do not.
Thanks for the input everyone, I still haven't managed to find a way to do it, with G2 almost every expression pack I have includes a Zero expression pose with it, none of the G3 ones I have so far include one!!
Hmm, well if you can dial in the expression, you can dial it to 'zero' and save it out as a pose preset carefully named to land next to the one it is meant to undo.
I haven't purchased any sets yet for G3 but did make some presets for some of the provided options ... they may or not help with other sets as it depends upon how they were made in the first place. http://catherine3678a.deviantart.com/art/G3-Pose-Presets-560924089 These also work to some degree with G3M.

A quicker way - select the head, right click on the Parameters tab, Restore, take your pick.

Select the head and eyes and use Edit - Figure - Zero - Zero Selected Item(s) Pose. But this will also zero head rotations, not just face.
thank you!
