@missleah Thank you. I've got the cyberangel outfit too and I checked. It is close. It's kind of maddening though 'cause I feel like I've seen the exact wings in the picture above and I can't remember where.
I should probably recolor the cyber Angel wings and move on.

Thanks to @ZippyGuitar for solving the mystery. The wings actually belong to a popular video game character and the DS models are covered by EL on another site. With that in mind, I will indeed move forward with the Cyber Angel wings I already own. Thanks again to @MissLeah and @ZippyGuitar .
