An error occurred while processing this transaction

For days now, I've been trying to BUY from the DAZ store. Impossible. I always get this message "An error occurred while processing this transaction ". I tried everything. Re-enter address, re-enter card infos. Nothing works. Emailed customer service, no answer, sales no answer, asked on X, got answers from a lot of people with zero followed and followers telling me to write to "App.metamaskswallet@gmail.com" which I didn't do. Someone from DAZ asked we what the problem was, gave him this error message and that was it, no answer since. A WEB store that cannot process payments is not good news. Is anyone at all tracking error messages from the store ? How can this get resolved ?

    When did you contact support? Did you send it to Sales Support?

  • June 18, 2024 at 2:20 PM I received the usual confirmation of message received by the customer service : "We will get back to you shortly! Thank you, Daz3D Team". Since I sent my request through the web site I don't have the date and time of the request, probably late the 17th. (That was tech support)

    June 20 at 8:18 PM  I received confirmation from sales. Same problem though, I don't have the date and time of my request to them. Probably the 19th, but you can check with them I'm sure.

    Next time I'll keep the date and time of my requests.

    Do you know anything about this "App.metamaskswallet@gmail.com" ? Is this an accurate information ?

    You need to submit a ticket to Sales Support. Tech support is for Daz Studio or content issues. Things dealing with the store need to go to Sales Support. No, that email isn't familiar nor is it a Daz email address to my knowledge. Did you try any other payment method to be sure it wasn't a card issue? What is your ticket number?

  • It's not a card issue. And yes I tried another way besides a credit card with the same result. Somebody answered from sales, I'll see with him.
