Any way to get tokens back?

I cleared my cart so I could get the free Daz Studio Beta package, but it didn't clear the 8 tokens applied.

I have now lost all 8 of my tokens.

Is there some way I can get them back? :-/

    I have heard that some people have got them back by raising a sales support ticket and explaining the situation. Send them the order number of the free purchase and they should be able to check that it had 8 ineffective tokens applied and hopefully they will be restored for you.
