Purchased Model Does Not Match Product Description

Hi, I recently purchased Soft Curls Ponytail for Genesis 9 from the Daz store, but the model I received does not match the product description and images; could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Are you sure you are loading the correct model? Mine looks right (even without rendering it looks recognisable):

    Soft curls ponytail.jpg
    1000 x 1000 - 292K

    Where did you see the "mismatched" description ? In DIM ? Smart Content ? Scene pane in DS after loading the hair... or anywhere else ?
