Load file from vers 4.8 into vers 3.2

Is it possible to load a vers 4 file in vers 3?

    No...especially if it is a .duf file.

    part of the limition s of the .DAZ format. Version 3 would not load files from any versions released after it e.x. DS 3.000.001 will not load files from DS 3.000.002 and thrown an error. DUF allowed you to but it did not appear until sometime in the DS 4 lifecycle.

    Try .obj files and/or making the legacy .cr2 rigging types.

    What kind of file is it -- a scene or a preset?

    Sorry for the late reply. I have been having tons of problems since downloading and installing the Daz Archive program from Sharecg. Don't do it! Anyway I tried to use both scene and preset files to no avail. The obj's will load but you cannot pose anything. What I was trying to do was use the render parameters in 3 that are like the ones in bryce. I can't seem to find them in 4.8. I could then layer and group in PS.
