Resource error popping up when starting DAZ

I just closed DAZ and shut my laptop off when I moved it from my office to my livingroom.  I plugged it back in, turned it on, and opened DAZ and got this popup window in the picture provided.  I didn't change anything.  I didn't touch my firewall, or my anit-malware, anti-virus, anti-ransomeware, or my network settings.  The only thing that happened was I did't have internet access for about half an hour today, then it suddenly came back.  My modem and internet in the livingroom was working fine, just my laptop and phone wasn't showing my network or connected to the internet during that time.  This happens every so often and this error popup nevers ghappens when I loose the inertnet on my laptop.  What can I do?  I have closed DAZ and reopened it five times already.

Thank you for the link.  I looked at it, and I don't quite understand what to do.  I don't use DIM.  I download everything manually, and install it manually.  I have had nothing but issues with DIM everytime I use it, so I refuse to touch it.  I don't understand what's going on, all I did was I left my computer on for a few hours.  I changed nothing.  DAZ was open.  I closed it,  shut down my laptop, unplugged it, moved it, plugged everything back in, turned the laptop on, opened DAZ, and now this.  It was working perfectly until now.  Wait, I did install updates.  The ones that appear when you shut down your computer, and it tells you to install them.  But, I have done that before, and this never happened then.

As long as you correctly installed postgreSQL, and correctly configure the settings in F2 - CMS settings, as well as cms service is started... even if you never use DIM, Smart Content... you shouldn't see this error message.

This is sooo embarrasing.  I'm an idiot.  So, I have everything installed onto two external harddrives.  Well, stupid me just realized when I was looking for them when I clicked on file explorer, I didn't see them showing up.  It turns out I forgot to plug them into my laptop when I moved it to my livingroom.  That's why I was getting the error message.  I'm sorry for wasting your time, Crosswind.
