Couldn't find texture

Mercilus 9 HD Vampire Shape I couldn't find the all textures as seen on the page. Just default. I also have Bloody Skin for Genesis 9 product.

Do you get an error message when trying to load something?

I didn't get any message. Standart Install Manager. I am looking People Genesis 9 characters Daz and materials.

That product doesn't include any materials, just normal maps
If you load Marcus, does he then load with textures?
The product page lists 33 textures, while the file list 7, so at least the file list has some issues. It might be that it has 2 files and only 1 listed.
If you look in DIM searching installed products for Marcus, you can then rightclick (I think) to the right, and it can list installed files. Textures files are in the Runtime/Textures folder. Does it last texture files as installed?
I haven't other mention problems with that product.
I saw the normal maps. But in other pictures I see other textures, yellow eyes etc. on the page. My question where are these textures and if not include it, where can I find. Because I bought this product for these textures
It is mentioned In the promo pictures 10-22 which skin/textures are used
