Materials not displaying properly in render mode

Hi im using these veins geoshells in Blender. The veins look green and fine while in material preview, but in render preview they look red. I want them to look green like in material mode. Any ideas?

The bsdf materials are designed to look similar to iray, so if iray looks "red" so should cycles. Then eevee is another beast, in general the eevee preview is approximated compared to cycles and may give different results for complex materials as in this case.
If you want materials to look similar both in cycles and eevee then try principled instead of bsdf, which is designed to work fine with eevee, though it will be approximated compared to iray due to the eevee limitations.
