Smart content folder empty

Hi,

I spent the last 8 hours in downloading all my stuff (with install manager) in my new PC, but now I find that all the downloaded products are not shown in the smart content. If I use the Content Library of course they are there but I don't know how to fix it. I already tried to Content DB Maintenance/ReImport Metadata, but it doesn't work. What can I do?????

Forgive me please :( I'm too tired... I forgot to install the CMS... so obviously it wasn't working!!!!
