I decided to start a discussion here to show my latest renders 
We will start with Lenore. She was a character given as a freebie in the DS Creative magazine. I simply love her! 
Excellent character quality for G2F. Do you also have her? At the time I didn't know how to apply skin shaders, so this is why it looks that way haha... I still need to render again, after I learned a bit more about Daz...

This is Dinah, my OC. She is a Genesis, with the child skin. The morph was used for her to be a child almost in her teens. Maybe 11, 12 years old... When I made her, I still had no idea of how to install CC, so she was made using only the products that come is Daz already. My first baby
I think you are comming along great Tammy so much improvements!! My Fav one so far is the I <3 Chocolate one loving the offset of the hair and that cup is cute too and already downloaded it. Thanks for sharing the cup!!!
Dinah is cute. I've kept my "first character" Lasai, and still work on her as I learn. The original is still in my files though :)

Chava, a character I am making for G2F
(working on painting her skin. Here I had only made part of her face, the rest was blank. I decided to make a render anyway, I kinda liked how it looked and almost let her with only a face haha! I will upload a render with torso too another time).
Here goes an important question: when I make a character, can I use the G2F base or I also NEED to make the morphs if I want to share her later?
I like her natural look. I'm not sure of the question, but you could share the skin only as a mat file without the distinctive head or body morphs. I don't see why it wouldn't load on a stock G2.
That's a pretty cool effect, with just the face textured. Nice render!

Oh I would like that as a skin! There are not really that much skins to get.
Yes, I would use it too. Skins are usually only with full characters and therefore expensive to collect. Some I have, like Gabi and Tori from the V5 pack never get used, I don't care for whiter than white with caked makeup.

I will have to check how it works! Maybe I'm able to make a cute morph after all! Sadly, it's taking me a long time because the only computer I use for art is without WIFI... Some problem with drive/win10/chip...

No, the V5 pro pack isn't free. I got a good deal on it, but never really liked much of it after I used it at home.

Oh, I went through issues of DS Creative till I found Lenore. Yay. I did not know about this magazine, so thank you. My Lenore did not end up quite as innocent as yours though, I posted her on my Art Studio thread.

For Lenore, you can play a bit with her expressions :) Try to put less "evil" eyebrows, and she will look more innocent! How can I see yours? Do you have a link to your thread? (Yes, make sure to check all DS Creative issues, lots of freebies every month! There's another awesome character called Larissa, I think on issue 7, if i'm not wrong). Below is a render with Larissa I made: (I think she has a bit of other morphs, I don't remember completely).
Yes going through all the back issues now. Lenore takes all of the facial morphs I have installed, so expression is easy.
If you want more free shaping morphs google DieTrying's 182 morphs. free sets for V4, G and G2.

I agree with you re Vicki 5 and Michael 5 - I've made some of the best faces from them. Have you seen the new Gianni 7? Yuck! Gianni 6 is much better!

Oh that's great! I have DieTrying's morphs, they are awesome! Do you have any expressions pack for G2? I always have a hard time on making facial expressions... So I usually just make them smile lightly

This is how Chava is looking so far... didn't work much on her yet...
- textures added on G2F
- will re-add the freckles in the end (too scared of seams!)
- has G2F daz skin shader added (I think the light is too dark though)
- face, torso, hands/legs maps almost complete... I think I will go for a less realistic look... What do you guys think? It's too difficult to paint realistic skin without merchant resources...

I've been wondering if people still use V4 a lot? Only now I bought V4 and I like it so much! (and renders faster on my pc)
Nice render, taemimun! The sweater is the Essentials: Sweater for V4 by Evilinnocence available from the Freebie section over at RDNA, but is also available from their own site. And that is Amarseda Hair by AprilYSH. I, for one, do use V4 quite a lot, despite having a great many other base figures, both old and new, to choose from. She does tend to render quickly, although she also takes longer to load initially, especially if one has many of the available morph packages set up to load with the morphloader. When it comes to variety, she's pretty hard to beat.
Thank you! :D yeah it's true! Its faster and has a lot of variety, I'm stunned... I see myself drooling over V4 stuff more often than other generations, and it's possible to fit on newer models, so it's a plus!
