Quick Daz+ membership question

So I went ahead and took advantage of a sale a while back and got a yearly membership replacing the quarterly one. Now I find I have been charged once again for the quarterly membership fees. Can this be fixed on my end or should I submit a support ticket?

    Did you pay for the quartely membership using Paypal? If so you will need to cancel the recurring quarterly payment in your Paypal account so it doesn't charge you again next quarter.

    Thanks for posting Leana. That was the first place I went to and I should have added that to my post. No excuse except that I have my ten year old grandson and his three buddies here for the day and am easily distracted right now. Unfortunately, can't find any way to turn it off on Paypal. Paypal tells me to go to Daz to manage the subscription. Daz has one option: cancel and that isn't what I'm needing. Guess I'll give in and submit a ticket. Not wanting to bother support with something I was sure I could fix but there isn't a way to fix this from my end that I can see.

    For whatever it's worth, the quarterly subscription should be adding to your yearly subscription, not replacing it or going to waste.
