Looks a lot like custom strand-based
It definitely doesn't look strand-based to me, and this hair is listed in the "products used".

Which model? There are a lot of different hair styles in place
I am looking for the blonde/pink style in the first picture. And that hairstyle looks more straight than the one in Haydina Hair.
