DS 4.8.0.59 can't find my installed content

Hi, as the title says DS 4.8.0.59 can't find my installed content, I uninstalled everything after a complete mess the first time trying to install months back' I re-started the machine and DIM reports that DS is still installed and can't continue, then installs anyway' but no content shows at all.
I then installed PostgreSQL CMS 2016 which should install automatically if the content won't show without it and at least it now shows that I have some content but when trying to load into a scene, DS can't find the working data files and displays a pop-up window titled 'missing files' with these paths.

I've had nothing but problems with installing products and programs for DAZ Studio, I gave up last time and went back to Carrara, good job DAZ supports IRAY otherwise I would kiss this program off.
Sorry to be negative, but what should be a simple task has turned into a complicated mess' I used to blame myself but this is the first time after decades of installing and removing software and products (including freeware and shareware) that I have faced such problems.
Any help is appreciated, I've tried searching the forums and no luck.

Can you post these 2 screenshots:
1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
2) In DIM, on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right

You need to add the path DIM is installing to in both DAZ Studio Formats and Poser Formats in DS (C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library).
That sorted the problem, it was hard to tell with the truncated path.

I had a similar problem, where I ccompletely removed all my 3D Art softward from one computer, because I ran out of space on ther ahd drive and it wasn't fast enough. So, after having my new system working 4 days around the clock downloalding and reinstalling my software and content using a custom install, I found a problem with the content; DS wasn't able to find everything, when building scenes or anything wile using the Smart Content Library tab. I found the problem, when I went and checked the settings for the Library Manager and discovered the DAZ Install Manager didn't set my Public Library folder correctly, so I changed it and restarted the software and everything seems to be well now.
This is very easy to miss, since D|S and the DIM don't talk to each other. You must check, before you start downloading/installing anything, that DIM is installing your content to the same place that D|S is looking for it.
