No model showing up at all

Hello,
I used to use Poser back in the day, then quit for a few years, then today decide to pick it up again so I downloaded the DAZ 3D and installed it. All seemed to work fine, registered it... no problems.
Except, it is completely empty. No model is showing up to begin with, no presets, no nothing.
All I get is totally empty libraries and a grey screen where a model should have been (??_


Do I download these separately?

    Yes, there's a separate installer for the content now.

    Should all be in your account's download area if you 'purchased it' through the store.

    It's called: Genesis Starter Essentials 1.3 - exe - pc
