Hello, sometime, some caracters proposed in DS have clothes or hair that do not have reference in shop. And I am also interessted for example in hair used for Azrael or Raiya vendor, not only the char

Does it mean that I will never found them in DS shop  ? How can I know about contact the  vendor ?

    Some vendors don't do their own promo pics, so they may not actually know which hair was used.  You often end up with better/quicker results asking specific questions about specific clothes or hair items in the general forums.
