Scanned a black ostrich feather; made a transparent .png file, a PSPX4 brush and picture tube, included a tip for use of any picture tubes that one may wish to affect without affecting the entire page ... commercial, non-commercial, personal, merchant resource ... whatever ... it's a feather ;-)
