about mt two errors

hi, I'm newbie of Daz

actually from the start I'm struggling with some errors.

I will be grad if you share tips..

first one is

it says my file could not be opend.

before I tried to solve it and I dont know actually how i did, but after editting my content directrory manager, I solved it but it happens again.

I mean this time at first when I open that file, it dosent matter but as a second when I opend it, this error came out ...

 

and second one is

other new file has no problem to open, but if I change the location of it, 

It happens again..

 

any help?

It's the non-latin characters in the folder name under C:/Users/ that is the problem, I would think.
