Anyone knows what is this website?
free.downloads-cache.daz3d.com
Is it from Daz or it's a scam to steal credentials?
I've noticed that if I'm logged into Daz then I'm not also logged into that one.

The obvious answer is the correct one. Unless someone from DAZ chimes in that it's an authentic site, assume that it's a phishing website.
The full website you posted is probably freedownloads-cachedaz3d.com or downloads-cache.com or something like that. Scammers usually play around with the periods in the address to make it look authentic.
Seems to resolve to the same IP as the main web server. Either way, due to the name, I don't think that is meant to be used directly and so I would avoid logging in to it - or even using it purposefully. Sounds like something that was used purely to host files once upon a time but has now been rolled into the main server and kept around to avoid breaking legacy stuff.
Right, that is a subdomain of daz3d.com - as lon g as it is legitimately the URL (look for an @ in the rest of the UL) - which would be what Solar Dreamer meant to point out by mentioning the full URL resolving to something different. However, when that isn't an issue then the dotted part is descending from the right - daz3d is a subdomain of the com domain, then downloads-cache is a subdomain of daz3d, and free is a subdomain of downloads-cache. Similarly the images in the slider are hosted in cdn.daz3d.com - the cdn subdomain of daz3d. In general a subdomain is controlled by the owner of the domain to which it belongs. (I hope I have my terminology correct.)
