A plugin,script that makes posing easier?

I would like to know if there is a plugin that makes posing easy and convenient, whether it is paid or free.

Like mirroring the arm pose or something like that, does anyone know anything good??

Within DS, there're plugins of PowerPose, Puppeteer (esp. for animation)... and tools like ActivePose... they all may help with speeding up manual posing to some extent.

Some script products like Pose Detail, Pose Master, Pose Fusion Plus, etc. can be also halpful as per users' preferences.

Edit>Figure>Symmetry will handle the mirroring, though you need to use the Bake to Transforms command next to it first if you posed using Pose controls.

Like this: for instance, Ctrl Select both Collar nodes, Shift + Y, use the options in the screenshot.

But as Richard said, if you used any Pose Control dials, you have to Bake to Transforms beforehand...'cause Symmetry doesn't directly support Pose Controls by now.
