U-Boat in Heavy Seas

Is it possible to add a video for discussion in this forum? If so what are the requirements size and format? I want to add a short video of the U-Boat below to see if this water effect can be done in DAZ Studio but animated! Video is from Youtube. Cheers

Judging from the thumbnail, I would say that it's theoretically possible to do with Fluidos, but it's a pretty high-level effect. You'd be much better served using something like Houdini for that, and even then, it's not going to be a one-click solution.
You can paste a link to the video and it will be shown in the post (permissions permitting).
Sickleyield has water and fog products, this one might be of interest:

I use this: https://www.daz3d.com/iray-oceanworx
The "surf" might be a bit of a challenge, but you can easily get the waves/swell you're wanting
