Carrara Won't Open

I don't use Carrara as much as I use to but I still love it.. I haven't been able to for sometime now because it stopped loading. When I try to launch it, the instant it starts ro launch it closes. I think it was due to windows update. I installed it on another computer. It worked great for awhile and then the same thing happened and I'm pretty sure there was a windows update just prior to that. Does anyone know how to rectify this?

sounds like the Huion effect!
Not one of the plugins playing up in the Extensions folder by chance ?
I do have a Huion tablet. What's the deal with that? I don't think it has anything to do with the plugins but if this Huion tablet thing doesn't work out I'll check that next.
So what do I do about the Huion tablet?
