How to get Gen9 the right size exporting across Daz to Blender bridge?
My Gen 9 figure comes into Blender very large. I can't seem to locate a place in the Daz to Blender bridge settings or the fbx dialogue box
where I can edit the Daz figure's size to accomodate Blender's scale.
I know I can scale it once in Blender but I would like to do this beforehand.

What unit is Blender set to use? Does changing it help? DS uses the cm natively, but I thought FBX included absolute sizes.
There is no field to change units of size that I can see anywhere in the conversion process. That is what is perplexing me.
The figure just comes into Blender enormously large.
When importing Daz assets, DTB directly changes system Unit in Blender to Centimeters... so you should get the same measurement / scale as the figure in DS...
However it is not good for an importer to change the units, as it is a world setting specified by the user and the importer should respect it. Also because the imported figure eventually has to work in the blender environment.
Agreed to some extent... but I personally still prefer to Centimeter unit...
