Blurry 4K HDR image

Hi,
I downloaded this 4K hdr image: Symmetrical Garden 02 HDRI • Poly Haven but it looks very blurry when I use it as environment (draw mode on)

Don't forget that the 4,000 pixels are spread around the equator of a sphere that encloses the scene, in effect, so when you use an HDRI as a backdrop you will get only a segment - the angle of view/360. The longer the Focal Distance, and so the narrower the field of view, the more stretched out the segment that is visible will need to be - assuming it is sharp to begin with.
On top of everything Richard said: Download the 16 or 20K version for more detail. Don't zoom your DS camera in too far.
