Message counter not working

Sorry that this isn't related to Daz3D, but for some reason my post count is stuck at 2. As you can see, I've posted in different forum threads, so it’s not just a case of being in threads without a counter.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? I feel like the solution is obvious, but I can’t figure it out.
