You need to fiddle with the sliders on the pose screen tab.
Adjust the tunic, bend & twist, to cover the leg.
The hand & fingers and the sword position.
And you might want to dial back that hip thrust a tad.
Shouldn't take you more than a 1/2 hour to fix.
Remember, the devil is in the details.

As to the sword, How much od a coincidenc is this, have you seen the New Users Contest for this month ?
It is all about working with props, ie swords amongst other things.
If you have never seeen our contests before, they are designed for beginners, to help them in using the softwarem and having fun at the same time, maybe even having a chance to win a prize.
Your start off by posting in the WIP thread (that's Work In Progress) people then pull in and give you hints and tips to get things to work, http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/6951/
THen, once you are happy that you have improved your images as much as you can, then you post it to the contest thread here. http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/6950/
I would adjust the right arm so that the sword doesn't clip with the tunic and then find a background or put a rock or piece of ground in place to give him something to stand on.

It's a joke, right Gerry??
I thought it would take at least 5 minutes...
If it's true... well Rome wasn't build in a day!
