Dforce strand based hair, a way to solution?p

ok forgot what I said about the sting I gave, I was realy tired and I did'nt saw that was not working the hair was stretching , anyway keep looking about a good tutorial on dforce, I know doing simulation but I didn't made any one sine 15years at least, a and usualy di that in french, I was not even taling english in this time,

ok one hour talkin with chat gpt made me relaise I was mistaking almost all the stting, I was thinking the shear was the bucling and the damping was the stifness, not surprising I was unable to achieve good results, I was also mistaking the expansion ratio , inverting its behaviour, anyway I translated all my ckowledg from french now, I benn able to acheive interesting result in only 3 try, with simulation time downt o 3 minutes with enougth density for what I plane to do
jsut have toput stretch stifness and damping to maximmum, velocity smothing and steps maximum too,

 for the bend stifness and damping that depend of the kind of hair you are simulating
