Tabs Locked in Position

Recently, I noticed that when I attempted to move a tab to another location- left or right- (Like Parameters, for example), that it wouldn't move.  Now, none of them are responding, and they have reset themselves in positions that are not optimal for use.  I assumed that after I closed out, things would work again.  But they don't.  Nor can I close the tab, and reopen it through Panes. 

Did I lock something, maybe?

Ctrl U will toggle locking and unlocking the tabs.
