Shrinking Shoulders [SOLVED]

MrRogerSmithMrRogerSmith Posts: 105

A couple of nights ago, in an effort to speed up my egregious load times, I deleted a bunch of unused characters and morphs.  At least I thought they were unused.  Now every Genesis 8 Female character I load has a problem with shrinking/deformed shoulders.  As you can see in the attached images, when I bend the shoulder towards the model, it shrinks and deforms.

I have checked that limits are on.  I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Genesis 8 Female Essentials.  I don't know what else could be doing this.  Any ideas of what the culprit is?

Show Hidden Properties... in Parameters pane, select G8F figure and Currently Used, check if there's any unexpected pJCM... or body morph dialed.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I'm not seeing anything unexpected there.

No ~~ Again: firstly select G8F figure in Scene pane, then select Currently Used in Parameters pane, then check what properties are dialed.

    Ah, my mistake.

Okay, after looking at these morphs and turning each of them off one by one, it appears that the offending morphs are shown in the attached screenshot.  Having all of them active at once appears to be causing the distortion.  I'm a bit confused why all of them are activated and which ones I need to keep at 100%.  Might I have inadvertently uninstalled some other morph that was keeping all of these in check?

Yea, they are the culprits. You can notice those character morphs from the corrective morphs' suffix: Candace, Erin, Florence, yada yada ~~ They should've had a 2nd stage controller from the character morph set as a multiplier, which means these corrective morphs should have effect only if the corresponding character's morph(s) has been dialed, like the example I showed in the screenshot down below.

You can turn on Edit mode, and check the settings in Property Hierarchy. You can fix them yourself, or, if you bought these products from Daz store, you fill a support ticket. Then uninstall them at the moment.

Okay, the second stage controller must have been deleted when I uninstalled the other morphs for those characters, but some of these smaller morphs escaped the uninstallation process.  Deleting them fixed the problem.

    Thanks for another save, Crosswind!
