DAZ Studio 4.8 not finding Data Files in the My Library Content Folder

Just to ensure you understand what I am working with, I recently downloaded and installed ArtColab's The Shack, (available free through DS Creative issue 19), and it is packaged a bit differently from other product packs. The path used is C:/Users/My Name/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Content. I have other content installed to that location, and it works correctly. There is also a Punch Bowl set I modeled that a friend converted to DAZ Studio Formats, which ais installed to the same location, and it is having the same problem.
The problem is that when I double click on a product icon from either of these product packs, a window pops up that tells me certain files cannot be found, and that they are Data files in .dsf format. All the different parts of each of the packs give me this popup message. I know that the files are there, because while installing the products I inspected the contents of both extracted zip files. Now something does load into the scene, but it is the block figure version of each piece.
So my question is "What is the way folders need to be setup so that loading a model lets DAZ Studio find the relevant Data files?"

The default path ends at "My Library" -- if that's the path you have listed in Content Directory Manager, you need to move everything that's underneath the folder "Content" up one level to be directly under "My Library".
