Hi there friends, this is my first time using DAZ Studio, I have posed a figure that I want to use in Carrara, is this the correct way? Or is to contrary? A Scene made in Carrara needs to be exported to Studio?

    You can load Daz Studio figures into Carrara and pose them there, at least you could with Studio 4.8. Carrara shows content from your Daz Studio library in the Smart Content tab. There are compatibility issues with 4.9, and it looks as if content I installed after upgrading to 4.9 is not appearing in Carrara although the stuff I installed with earlier versions of Studio is there.

    Carrara can load scene files created with Daz Studio.

    I don't think that Daz Studio can load Carrara scene files.

    You can use other export formats to transfer scenes between Daz Studio and Carrara. Collada is probably the best one to try.

    I don't think Genesis 3 currently works in Carrara.
