Genesis 9 Starter Essentials (Part 3 of 3) is currently being installed but it isn't done. It seems to be taking forever to install. Is this normal?

It appears to be a HDD problem for that computer.
I did as crosswind suggested and deleted and then reinstalled all my Genesis Starter Essentials (8&9), and now everything works fine.
