Is there anything like this in the catalog? I have seen realistic flowers and cartoon flowers, but I need something where I can animate the leaves like arms/hands and the flower itself like a head.

Hmm. There are a couple of animatable trees and monster plants, but as far as a flower, the only think I can think of is the "Audrey 2" variant Carnivorous Plant HD | Daz 3D which might work if you hid the Audrey head and parented another flower & bulb in it's place. If you're looking for something more like the dancing plants in Disney's Fantasia, the closest thing I can think of off the top of my head is the ancient Plant Pixie Plant Pixie | Daz 3D where, again, could use that as a base, parent a newer flower bulb and petal to the top...
Esha's poseable peonies will probably do the trick: https://www.daz3d.com/poseable-peonies?srsltid=AfmBOorLiIml8mN2BVHOgvUbEg2-Fhr3YnSBGfufBABWlwE-T4fk508L
Hmm... I have those and it's... questionable as to whether they'll be able to do what the OP wants when it comes to fluidity, especially when it comes to "using the leaves like hands." While the main "body" stems do bend and the flower "head" can be moved around, the leaves have fairly limited articulation, having basically two bend points each, one at the base right at the join with the main stem and then a second maybe a quarter of the way up the stem of the leaf. In terms of human animation, think of trying to animate a hand when all you can control is the shoulder and and an area above the elbow... Also the leaves are all placed asymetrically along the stems and that placement can't be changed, and while there are several variants with the flowerheads in varying stages from a bud to fully open, you can't make the individual flowers open and close.
maybe someone could sculpt G9 into a flowerhead and stem with arm branches and root legs, geografted leaves
Thanks for the tips. The peonies look promising and may be enough articulation for the animated shot I have in mind. I appreciate the help!
