Problems with dynamic clothing

Hello,

I allow myself to post a small request for help , because I have a problem with the dynamic clothes, I just can not make this dynamic dress. Can you help me ? I looked for some tutorials and I have not found very understandable.

I use the female model VICTORIA 4.2 and normally the dress is compatible with this figure. I also use versions 4.8 and 4.9 DAZ STUDIO .

What dress is that? You can't convert a conforming dress to dynamic in DS, the plugin can only use items made specially for it.
