Aiko Anime 9 - are premier users seeing her?

Subject line says it all - I'm a premier subscriber, and I can't seem to find the Aiko Anime 9 figure... I've logged out and back in...

I've opened a support ticket, but it's been 7 days and I haven't heard anything, so I thought I'd ask here. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

    Yeah, shows up for me in the available tab when I searched.

    Yes i can see her.

    Aiko 9 is only available with smart connect not with DIM. Did you do a search in the "available" tab in the smart content?

    or the Install pane, or right-clickon the container under products in the Content Library.

    Found her in the Content Library and was able to install. Thanks!
