character distortion with posing G8F

I'm trying to Pose G8F and any time I pose her on her knees this happens.  Not sure what's going on.

That looks like a corrective morph which gets applied when it shouldn't.

If you look at the "currently used" section in the parameters tab with the figure selected, what do you see?

This is G8 base female. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

You need to check the Preferences>Show Hidden Proeprties option in the Parameters pane option menu. Try to apply the minimum amount of posing possible to trigger the effect, so you don't have too many correctives to look through.

If you have https://www.daz3d.com/big-girl-morphs-for-genesis-8-female make sure it is the current version installed, the initial release had an issue that did exactly what you are seeing.

How strange! I had the most current updated version of Big Girl Morphs but it was still doing it so I removed it and now G8 is fine! Thank you :D

  • Try redownloading the morphs - I am not sure if there is an older version stuck in the CDN somewhere but people do still seem to run into this issue, even though it was fixed fairly soon after release.

  • Will do. Thanks!
