  • You'll need to have kept a copy of an older version installer (like the files you get when you download off DIM).  Uninstall 4.23 using DIM, close DIM, re-open DIM in offline mode with the older version installer in your Download folder, and then reinstall DS 4.22 or whichever version you choose.

    Try going back to a system restore point before you installed the new version.

  • My backups only concerns the paid elements boughts (essentialy the whole Library folder) i never thought that update would mess the application as I see since one week one :{

    I checked all the external drives, and I have no binaries, only the rar files to install my props/elements/... and my works...

    I saw that asking a ticket to have a 4.22 binary is possible contacting the support team...

    The main issue is: UI unresponsive... "scene tab" is empty, clicking on a element doesn't populate the "parameter window", clicking on camera doesn't trigger the viewport to switch to the camera view :{

    It's impossible to work... simply...

    This not a common issue, so it probably isn't the update directly but rather some incidental issue. Getting an older version of DS therefore probably won't help anyway. Have you tried removing the application settings (%appa%/daz 3d/studio4/)  temporarily and see if things then behave?
