need advice on new system / computer

so I'm thinking of getting a new laptop and I would like to get something that can improve on what I currently have when rendering with Iray in Daz studio

currently I have:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz   2.50 GHz with 16GB memory

and Nvidia GTX 1650 with 12GB

any suggestions on hwo to upgrade (within reasonable limits, like under 2000 US) - 

current renders are not too bad but take a long time and are a little grainy. Sample attached. Anyways, any advice would be appreciated
