trouble with 'OPEN-B4-XMAS' sales code

I can't get the code to work in my shopping cart, anybody else finding this is a dud?

Any advice to get it to work?

Sorry to put this in here, I didn't know where else, a customer service ticket will unlikely be answered before the code is out of date...

Make sure there are no new items in your cart - this was initially missing from the small print but it was added a few hours ago,
