Where is G3M base?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have not upgraded DS for a while since G3F came out, and last week got the new version of 4.9. Whilst it works fine, there is no G3M base figure loaded.  downloaded and installed manually because I have neer been able to get download manager to work properly. Is the file missing in this version? Or can I download it on its own?
