How to save new or modified character or prop to figures/props library?

A while back I asked and found out how to create a preset through "save as subset". What I really wanted to know was how to add figures or props selected from a scene or subset (and which to choose or how to do either) to my runtime libraries, to access like any other product. How would I do this for either or both scene or subset created from a scene? It would be so much easier and less hassle than merging scenes.

(this topic isn't flagged intentionally, thought it was like favorites or follow topic... my bad. EdIted for misspelling).
There should be a category or folder already for saving both scenes and subsets to...if you choose to save to the default.
Howdy. if i'm right. you want to save a certain figure from your scene as a stand alone figure for further use. You can either save him (save as) as a scene subset, whereby a box will pop up with a list of characters including the one you wish to save. untick all that you dont need and just save the one you need, calling him (whatever you wish to) and select the folder you wish to put him in. or right click in the folder and make a new folder as a sub folder.
If you want to make your own character or make a new daz duf character from a cr2 character. then use ,save as support asset, figure prop asset and manipulate to you own folder choice.
You will need to go to edit, figure, rigging, change to weight mapping for saving a cr2 to duf hope that helps
