What Happened to My Render Settings?

I'm going to report this to Support but hope to get a quick answer here.
Check out the included graphic. Somehow, I lost my full Render menu. The only render I can get is an Open GL. Perhaps I did something to lose all my options here, but the last thing I did before I lost them was use DAZ's new toon converter. No amount of research I've done can tell me how to reverse this.
If anyone can help me out here I'd be appreciative. I was knee-deep in projects and now can't move forward.
Thanks in advance.

So clicking on Viewport gives no options? The first thing to check is that Iray and 3Delight are enabled in Help>About Installed plug-ins. If that doesn't help, it's a stretch but try Window>Workspace>Update and Merge Menus or try reloading your (or a) layout from Window>Workspace>Select Layout.
Well, Richard, I've tried quite a few things over the last three days and nothing's worked. I've even tried to uninstall DAZ but it's not listed in my apps menu!
But, here's the weird glitch, I finally found my render settings ... in the Drawing tab!
Is this new with the latest version of DAZ? Or is something still wrong?
Have you changed Render Engine to NVidia Iray?
Yes, felis, I did.
And forget my last post about the options showing up in the Drawing tab. They're gone again.
This is seriously pissing me off.
UPDATE: Took another look at my plugins and noticed that my Iray option is greyed out and has a yellow, not green, color. And no matter how many times I click the option doesn't change.
Have I discovered the root of the problem?
Going to report this though I know it'll be days before I get an answer.
Fully close DS. Check and update your Nvidia driver... then relaunch DS to see if the plugin can be activated.
That sounds as if soemthing may be holding on to the Iray 9and, I would suspect, 3Delight) .dll files and so theya re not removed when you uninstall/reinstall - meaning that your versions don't match. Uninstall, then check in the /plugins folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins\) that dzirayrenderer.dll and dzdelightrenderer.dll have really gone (in fact it is probably a good idea to at least run your eye down the whole dz*.dll section, many if not most will go with the application).
