Since when coupons reset at local time?

Hi all,

Happy new year to all. It's Jan 1st where I live but not in Utah where Daz store time zone is located. It is the first time I noticed my coupons reset to the next month, as in my local time zone. I was about to use my second coupon from December only to find out I have 2 new coupons for January. This makes no sense at all. How come the sale events reset at the same time across the whole world yet the coupons reset at your local time? This means people from a different time zone other than Utah don't have the same time to use their coupons. Did I get this wrong?

    I guess is due to the billing cycle, is clearly a disadvantage, a highly unlikely one, but still one. Oh well, never mind.

    In my experience, the "display" of Daz+/Premier coupons updates at local time on the first day of the next month, but the coupon actually becomes valid when it's the first of the month in DAZ time (currently MST).
    Until it's January 1st in DAZ time, the December coupon should still be valid.

    Did you forget the December 2024 coupon code?
    If so, you should be able to deduce what last month's coupon code was by looking at the January 2025 coupon code.

    It's been like that for as long as I can remember. Just change the month on the coupon to the current month's and it should work okay, or at least it has for me in the past. After the daz changeover it usually doesn't work anymore and you'll need to use the new coupon code.

    Hey ! Thanks guys, sadly my impatience kicked in I purchased the items without the coupon (because for some reason I can't explain, I chose not to use the Jan coupon either). Good to know there are ways to still using it in accordance to Utah time.

    Learned my lesson. Thanks again.

    If that happens again, just copy the current month's coupons and edit the date to be last month's and then apply them. Or change your system time back before midnight and try to use them that way.

    I guess you could write a ticket and ask for it to be remedied that way and see what they say.
