Product wont install or when i install it wont show

Hi so when i install Plus Size for Genesis 8 Male - Part II it installs but doesnt show up so i unistall it then it doesnt even show up in the install area and says  this

and ive unistalled and installed it so many times and i have no idea whats up

    The product page says that all the morphs are in the Parameters tab (control dials), which implies that there are no user-facing files in Content Library or in Smart Content. You will only see them when the figure is loaded.

    Please attach the image - pasting in-line doesn't show in the post. I am not sure where you are looking when you get the error.
